DDO Request is an Online Portal for Central Government Employees to claim their bills. Their paybills will be sent to Principal Accounts Office for Verification and Approval. At Principal Accounts Office all Submitted Paybills are approved only after verifying all submitted details. Further steps will to pay DDO Request salaries will be done only after getting confirmation form Principal Accounts Office.
Procedure to get Salaries Paybills with DDO Request
Before preparing Supplementary bull you have to update Leave Account of the employee. You have to update number of half day leaves in Leave Update Section. Then you can go for Supplementary Bill Preparation. Dedicated Employee Salary will be displayed in Bill Preparation Sections. After Submitting all required information, your paybill will be sent to PA Office for Verification. Ones your Bill is verified and Approved, Officials will send you a Cheque of Salary Amount.
